Puppetmaster Character and Ideation
Face against The Puppetmaster; a fox-like creature with the power to control puppets and the stories they came from. Defeat him before he picks up the more powerful puppets! He can only control 3 at a time, so any moment he pauses to exchange a puppet is a great opportunity for you to attack!
I had a lot of fun designing this little fellow and thinking about the dynamics of his attack structure, how it would actually read in the game.

Some more-fleshed out sketches to explore some of the costume and power possibilities. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted him to be more of a puppet necromancer and draw the spirits from the earth or more of a Djin and conjure them.
